Returns & Refund Policy

At Khera by K, we want you to love your purchase. Due to the nature of cosmetic and personal care products, we have specific return and refund guidelines to protect the health and safety of all our customers.

Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any opened, used, or tested cosmetic products, including lip oils, lip glosses, lip liners, and other beauty items.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Your full name
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the item(s) and packaging

Refunds

Refunds will only be issued if:

  • You receive a damaged or faulty item.
  • You receive the wrong product.
  • Your order is cancelled before it has been dispatched.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Items

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Opened or used cosmetic products.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage.
  • Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales (unless faulty).
  • Change of mind after delivery.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been processed and dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel is delayed, please allow the estimated delivery timeframe to pass before contacting us.

If your parcel is confirmed as lost by the courier, we will investigate the matter and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

Allergies & Product Use

Please review the ingredient list before purchasing. Khera by K cannot accept responsibility for allergic reactions or sensitivities to ingredients. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.
